A Teacher Job in the Non-Teaching Field

Teachers, you might not aware of it, but there are lots of competitive job for teachers in the non-teaching field.  This is because they need the skills of a teacher for other programs in the institution.  Come to think of it, all of those business and institutions or organizations need the skill of a teacher.

In the Bureau of Fire, for example, they need lots of professional there.  From engineer of all sorts, nurses and other medical practitioners, management graduates and most of all, they need teachers and those with others who have technical skills too.  They need a teacher to be trained not only to become a good firefighters but teachers are being hired because of theirs skill to teach.  These teachers will be the ones to make and develop how and why there should be an information drive on how to prevent fires and how the program should be delivered and executed in the community.  You see, even in the bureau of fire believes in “prevention is better than cure” logic.

Nurses will obviously handle all those first aid things to those who will be injured in the fire.  Engineers, well, obviously will be dealing on the estimates of losses or the cause of fire maybe or why flammable materials had caused the fire to third level alarm and so on.  Of course, all these professional should be physically fit because they will all undergo the same rigid training to become an able and effective firefighters in the Bureau of Fire.

In every business institutions there is always that section under the administrative division where a teacher should be the one taking care of – its the Training Career and Development Section (TCDS).  In here, trainings and seminars are being done for the employees to become updated, enhance their skills, refresh the previous skills or just an information drive that every member in the organization should learn and be aware of.

I don’t brag this community that teachers have the sole capacity on this matter, but obviously, when it comes to things like information drive, training, seminars and lectures, teachers will the first choice.  Other disciplines can also do these things.  In fact, it is such a simple job.  Creating a program on how those fire hazards should be separated and taken away far from fire or flammable materials is such a simple thing, but lecturing a group of individual on such a thing is obviously a teachers’ specialty.

Obviously, ones a teacher always a teachers.  You don’t need to be in the classroom with students to practice what you have learned as a teacher.  This is just one advantage teachers have  compared to other professionals.  Well, it is not that I am also a teacher, but I am working and very much happy on my work not in the teaching field.
