Teacher Factor?

How easy for everyone to say it is teacher factor when a student or a class failed to reach the real score.  With a class composed of 50 students (high school), a teacher could easily impart and explain the lesson of the day most especially if you are handling the first section or the star section where all the students are marked with high average learning skills.  But with the same number of students in class in the lowest section composed of slow learners and those students fall on the below category, I don’t think a lesson will be done in three days.  Which is which, a teacher could easily finish the lesson for the day whatever the case may be, but the question lies how the students digest the lesson in such a fast pace.

Elementary students, on the other hand is another story as, obviously, the behavior and learning capabilities of students are being considered.  I am a high school teacher and I can best explain my views focusing on high school situation.  I have handled classes composed of fifty (50) student in a class of different learning capabilities, from the lowest section up the star or highest section.

Those teachers (in profession) who does not have the chance to encounter a real classroom situation may easily point out and brags the community that it is a teacher factor when someone failed to pass a particular subject without considering other factors which affects the learning capability of such student.

It is ironic to know that another program is being devised to address this issue (teacher factor) without considering others factors affecting the teaching-learning situation.  It seems that only the classroom teacher knew that the learning environment plays a big role in knowledge acquisition includes the facilities and of course the teachers, who currently is being deprived from his own rights in the teaching field.

Another obvious problem in the educational system is education itself because of the fact that education is one of the most profitable business a businessman could venture nowadays.  This caused the authorities in the education system not to monitor what is being offered.  Don’t get me wrong here, in colleges and universities the course being offered are not complaint on the need of the country to uplift its continually growing poverty issues which is also another factor that goes beyond this “teacher factor issue.”

I guess, I need to stop here as I might proceed to another topic outside education.  Long live the TEACHERS!

Search Job at Government Job Websites

The number of job posting websites today are too many to count and most these job websites gather their information on available jobs from these government job websites.  In fact, I have seen a job website and all those available job posted in the site are just a feed from a government job websites.

These government job websites are created mainly for the constituents who wants to search and apply for a job in the locality, but if you will browse deeper on these government websites, there’s always that option which offers jobs for expatriates and most of all,  these websites often outsource some of their jobs from people outside their country.

Unlike any other job website, most of them, being seen when you search the internet for available job related to your field are job websites which are internet marketed that had done lots of work to target such job related keywords individual searchers are searching for, just like what you just typed in the search box.

Do not be deceived when you search a particular job on a particular country, you will prompted by a non-government website.  It does not mean your job search appeared, you got the right website which brags that they have the particular job you are searching.   Mind you people, I know how these websites had worked for that words you just typed in and appeared on the first page of the search engine.

Australia job market has continue to grow over compared to last month according the newsletter I am receiving.  It not only that Australia offers good compensation for their job vacancy, but also it Australia itself is one good country which offer good opportunities too.

The good things on these Australia job opportunities is that it offer migration or family status where you can bring your family with you while working in the country.  of course, latter a member of your family can avail such job opportunity too.  Another good thing with these job opportunities is that most of the companies already have their website where you can apply through the internet.  Just be careful when applying online as there are culprits who are taking advantage of these job opportunities.

You might notice this blog as it focuses on job for teacher and yet discussing unrelated job opportunities on a broad job market.  Actually, this one of the good things if you are a teacher.  You can actually apply for such non-teaching job.  teachers can apply such job opportunities because of their broad knowledge on the job.  Of course, it is much better if the applicant teacher applying for non-teaching job has skills specifically suited for the non-teaching job.

i am a teacher too, yet I am not teaching anymore but my teaching status has made me avail such good opportunity in my country.  This is also possible for foreign country like Australia because they really need professional and skilled workers to man and fill up their job vacancies.

The Job Market for Teachers On Non-English Speaking Countries

There’s no stopping for non-English speaking countries in hiring new teachers for their young generations.  The global trends continue to rise where English is the general language being use in all of the business transactions.  This has even trigger the demand for native and non-native English teachers to  become in demand to teach abroad.

Maybe there is scarcity of job for teachers in your own country but it is not for non-English speaking countries.  in fact, is not only teachers who are being hired in the non-English speaking countries but also they hire personnel who knew how to speak English.

Of course, this includes the knowledge of the applicant on job opportunities on a particular country.  English teachers obviously have the guts to feel all this job vacancy.  It is not that I have high respect over teachers but teachers really are equipped with multi-skills which can be applied to most of the job posted over job market online.

So, if you are looking for job opportunities, you can easily find lots of job opportunities on the job market of non-English speaking countries.  Take time to surf the net for other job opportunities you think you are highly qualified.

Apply to Over 35,000 Jobs

Apply to Over 35,000 Jobs and opportunities for teachers is what the internet is telling.  In fact, there are hundreds of millions of website appearing in relation to teachers job and job sites.  Obviously, it is not only that the human race is rapidly growing but the need for every non-native English speaking countries need to be educated in terms of language and English as the second language.

This over 35,000 Jobs is a mixture of jobs every one could apply, but the ironic part is that we are not sure if this figure really offers a job or this figures are not all authentic.  Yes, I can prove this claim particularly those websites offering opportunities for teachers.

You can simply browse over those authentic and fake job opportunities not only for teachers but for every job you plan to apply.  Just visit a forum website surely someone from that country or a member of the forum has tried applying for such job.  I am not trying to be self-centered here but I have seen couple of job opportunities which are fake.

Why not try yahoo answers for your job opportunity choice.  Ask the the authenticity of the job you want to apply before giving away your details.

Low Job Market for Teachers

The job market for teachers is usually high because of the demands in global competition where a student should learn particularly English as the second language for him to be able to go along within the global trends.  The recent global typhoon had affected the job market for teachers because international schools especially language schools had refrain from hiring teachers because of it.

Today, the market for teachers is starting to grow.  In fact, there are already job for teachers posted to be materialized for the month of September.  If you will be the lucky one, you will be hired to fill the position for September teaching job.  Of course, this now the right time for you teachers to apply for this positions.  Again, beware of those job market posting teaching jobs as they are only created for advertisement and not really an authentic teachers job recruiting website.

The job market for teachers went down, but this is only for those job market affected by the global recession.  We all know that not all countries are affected with this global phenona, there are countries which not even stirred by the crisis and they continue to hire new teachers for their expansion.

Institutionalize Teachers

The personnel in-charge of hiring new teachers for the school is not a teacher himself and he/she has only a general view of the classroom situations and management is one of the problems in the educational system to hire the best teachers suited for a particular subject.  Teaching along is simple because all you need us to share all those knowledge you’ve accumulated through education and experiences, but this is not all, the teachers should know exactly the classroom situations in which this is being taken for granted.

The trial demonstration of teaching in which the audience are also member of the faculty if not the personnel himself should not be the only factor to be considered for a teacher seeking for a job to be hired.  Obviously, this demonstration is superficial in which it does not in any show the real classroom-teacher-student situation.  This is taken for granted for every educational institution which serve as basis for a teacher to hired or not.

A student may receive failing grades, but it doesn’t and should be necessary to put the blame on the teacher.  There are other factors to be considered too and there are lots of them.  Hopefully, this news will somehow trigger the educational system to upgrade that obsolete manner of hiring teachers.

The test known as the National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) is used to assess students’ standards in each state.

The union’s Steve Ryan says Education Queensland’s regional directors and principals have told teachers to deliver improved results in the tests or face redundancy.

“I think the Department of Education should leave the job of teaching to its teachers,” he said.

“Teachers are professionals, they know what they’ve got to do in their classes and they know what it is they’ve got to do to assist their students.”

Mr Ryan says the test is not an accurate measure of student standards and should not be used to judge teachers’ performance.

“The union believes that NAPLAN tests are not necessarily a valid test,” he said.

“Unfortunately a lot of store is being placed on their value which is, in our opinion, quite unnecessarily placed.”

Online Degree: not a good idea

No, I am not trying to degrade those legitimate colleges and universities offering online degrees.  What I am talking about here is those emails I am receiving offering fake degree.  According to the email, you can have what ever degree you want.

This is possible, of course, but the question lies if you really could handle the tasks for hat particular degree.  Prostrated teachers, do not think twice to grab this offer and use it to apply for job for teachers or any other job ralted to the degree you bought from these emails.

Fake diploma and TOR could be easily checked.  Not to mentione that if you are not really a degree holder or graduate of the degree you are claiming, you will also be easily noticed.  Ob viously because you are not aware of the tasks along with degree.

Everyone can be a teacher, but by proving it with a fake diploma and TOR is not a good idea what so ever.  But if yu reaaly want to get a degree, it not yet late. In fact, it is better late than never.  Yes, no one is late when it coe to studying.  Age doesn’t matter actually, because education is life and education itslef is dynamic.

There authentic online colleges and universities if you don’t have the time to attend the traditional schooling.  Though this has a huge difference from then ormal schooling, studying the lesson is actually the same and if you could be able to comply all the requirement, you will surely get the degree you are dreaming.

If you are determined to finish your studies then you will be willing to sacrfice some of those bad habits that hamper your studies.  Just a bit of sacrifice and determination is you need.

The Best Job in the World

Have you heard that best job in th world offered by Australia?  It is really a job, working while staying on a paradise.  It is all over the internet now and I’ve seen it on yahoo news too.

Base on the news, the job is not ordinary, though you will be provided with such resources and equipment and the salary is promising too, the job is not that easy.  A person suited for this kind of job should be really a one-man army whose capability to survive those challenging obstacles that lay ahead is a must.

Obviously, the job does not need just only a four year graduate, but of MA or PHd with skills and knowledge not only of the marine environment but also on biology, and other fields of science, I couldn’t think of other field applicable to this job, but the lucky person can hold the planet in just one hand.  Just to tickle your minds, the only person suited for this type of job are those characters I’m only seeing on TV and movies.

On the other hand, Australia shows by posting this job via the online community to prove that they really are serious when it comes to preserving their coastal environment which every country laid near the shoreline should be doing.  But I doubt they could be able to find one person with such knowledge and ability for that very broad job.  But I am hoping, of course

Anyways, there are other jobs availble in Australia. In fact, one of the most promising jobs posted in their list is the job for teachers in the elementary and secondary level.  Teachers have great oppotunities at Australia too.  Check them out, search the intrenet for job for teacher and click those Autralia base websites to see all the available job vacancies and opportunities in Australia.

A Christmas For Teachers

Christmas or Christmas vacation is just one of the school activities where a teacher could be able to make some bonding moment with their students.  Though there are lots of activities where bonding could be developed among the teachers and the students, this Christmas season is one especial occasion because of the thought of sharing love by way of giving and exchanging gifts.

Well, this depends of course on the beliefs a school practices.  You know we have lots of religions and a teacher from another country might find this another challenge he or she will encounter in such a school.  But of course, love is always around and this will show that every one should be loved and be loved and the teacher as the facilitator could easily imbibe such activities where bonding could be possible.

I, myself would like to experience Christmas celebrating with other people.  This is actually one of my reasons why I have created this blog and not to help fellow teachers searching for a job for teachers abroad.  But this coming year, there will be again another job market for teachers website to be created offering such job opportunities for teachers.

The world has changed and the internet as well and we could not avoid that there are other individuals who seek only selfish interest by creating unfavorable websites for teachers and other job opportunities which are hard to determine the authenticity of the opportunity itself.  This blog will in anyway could help not only teacher lookng for jod abroad but also other professional who seek job opportunities around the world.
