The Lesson Plan as the Blue Print of the Subject Matter

Seasoned teachers and those who are already teaching for a long time now had already mastered the subject matter, no question about it.  Those updates and some innovations within the subject is just a mere thing to tackle as the main point to be discussed is still there.  The updates of course is to go within the trend of the students who happen to be changing too as the earth revolves.

This is the reason why a teacher whether it be teaching from elementary, secondary or college students, a lesson plan should be provided.  This is to make the flow of the teaching process to go what is planned, knowledge to be imparted and the suggested senses to be stimulated.  Without the lesson plan or the blue print of the subject to be discussed, the teacher could not avoid to go beyond what should be discussed as the students may come up with another view which has only small part the topic being discussed.

Another thing why teachers need to prepare the lesson plan is that when you will want to apply for another school or another teaching job.  You will be required to make demonstrations on how to teach a particular age and this includes college students. And the fact, that teacher lesson plan is one of the subjects being mastered during academic years. Teachers should not take this for granted even if they are already seasoned teachers.

A teacher may not be writing lesson plan but he or she is very much familiar on how to make one.  That the lesson plan should adopt the behavior of the class and not particular on specific student. Though there are teachers who are no longer writing or doesn’t have a lesson plan before he or she enters the class, there is always that outlined notes to be being followed, a part of the lesson plan and in the end, to test if the students had learned what should be learned as projected in the objective of the lesson plan.

Job of Nursing and Medical Technician in 2015, is it still indemand?

Over the past five years, Nursing and Medical Technician related jobs had boomed.  Sad to say but even this day this job market are being projected and as a result there still numerous young adults aspiring to become such.  On the past five years, you could not imagine the figure of individual currently in this field right now and more of them are still struggling to grab that dreamed job.

Obviously, the job market for registered nurse and medical technicians are no longer in demand to day because there already millions who graduated in this field, not to include those individuals who will be graduating within this five year span.  And another obvious reason is that more of those who graduate and those who will be graduating are targeting the same job market.

Though population continue to increase and more and more individuals are getting old, the figure, I think, is already more than enough the demand needed even after 2015.

The best thing to do now is to prepare yourself or your younger brothers and sisters to target different job market by way of motivating them into another view different from that of your views. Much better if you are a teacher because you can personally motivate your students on what course they will pursue base on observation and current trends in the job market.

A Choice of a Lifetime

Its been a long time when I last posted in this blog.  I was so occupied with my present job.  No, I am no longer in the teaching field, yet the workload is almost the same as my present job which also consumes most of my precious time. But of course, i don’t have regrets as it compensate me, though a bit lower than teacher job, in the long run I am able to make it the same with the compensation of a teacher.  Yes, it sounds good, it really is one tough decision I’d been through.

Just like teaching job, my present job also offers a good opportunity in the future.  The future is actually the reason why everyone of us seek for better job and we need to look into it that the job offers security of tenure.  This, I have seen on my present job.  No regrets and I am enjoying it at the moment.  This is why I did not have the chance to post in a regular basis.

Well,I could not divulge it for now, but will later when I get that one challenging position which offer huge opportunity for me.  You might say how I saw such opportunity?  Luckily, the work is just walking distance from my home I know what is happening around the working as well as the workforce. Yes I have a good informant who helped me get the job.

I think I want to share with you my dear readers, do not stop from dreaming.  From there you will be able to see yourself ten years from now.  This will enlighten you more on the possible opportunities along the way. Your dreams then will tech you to wait, determined and persevere whatever the challenges that arises along the way.  Your dream will make you sacrifice a bit for sake of it.

You know, online is just here waiting for as to be a part of it, and we all have the chance to make it one of the best and profitable past time. Well, unless you have the power to make you own destiny, then its your choice. Just like what I did.  I have chosen a low earning job, but it offers a good compensation after 2 years and it has the possibility on my part to even topple the compensation of a master teacher.  Yes, I am dreaming of getting almost the top position after 10 years.

So, what would you say? Any comment or clarification? It really a choice of a lifetime.

I have written about how to search the authentic job posting website in the previous and since it was already down below I decided to write about it again to serve as reminders for all you. More and more countries today are needing additional manpower and Italy which one of the good countries out there to work at, you should know something on how to determine the real Italy company website who are needing additional manpower.

First and foremost, the websites you will encounter where there Italy job posted, you need to know if that particular website is really coming from Italy because if it not, you need to think twice before creating an account and submit your application letter and other details pertaining about you. People from Italy or to any other countries this can be applied, that the owner of the website should be from Italy.  Unless the company website or the person who posted Italy job search should not be residing outside such country.

Another tip for you to determine the authenticity of the job you have searched is that “contact us” link which unknowingly you might suddenly clicked and enter your email address or other details.  Most of the time, authentic job search websites use email address with the domain of the website included in their email address, if not and you will be prompted to ordinary emails of yahoo, google, hotmail pr any other email address where the domain is not included, you need also think twice.

I am not bragging these type of job search websites are not authentic, but these websites are portals being utilized by scammers.  I was scammed once and I don’t someone to be scammed too.  Just one thing for sure folks so that you will not be scammed, search, research and take another research to make sure you are in the right track of getting that job you wanted.

This is not going abroad illegally, but on legal basis. This back door I will discuss here is a legal way on how you will get your dream job abroad.   Yes, there is a legal back door way for you to migrate and work abroad.  But of course, only skilled personnel are the ones who can only use this back door. Yes, this is by availing the student visa program.

The only problem with this method is the expense that goes with it and time that will take to process all the documents needed.  The approximate time before you will have the student visa will be around 8 months to one year.  A long time for you to gamble on and there is always that fact that your application might not be approved.

There other ways for you to get a job abroad.  In fact, the demand continuous to grow and this demand had seen also by those people who wanted to offer their services as recruitment agencies.  These agencies can be of help, why not.  But you should search the authenticity of such agency first before availing their services.  You can also go directly to the embassies and inquire on how to go and work in their country.

In everything you do, make sure you are on the right and legal track.  Avoid shortcuts particularly in going abroad, choose the legal ways and not just crossing the border around back door entrances.

Australia job market has continue to grow over compared to last month according the newsletter I am receiving.  It not only that Australia offers good compensation for their job vacancy, but also it Australia itself is one good country which offer good opportunities too.

The good things on these Australia job opportunities is that it offer migration or family status where you can bring your family with you while working in the country.  of course, latter a member of your family can avail such job opportunity too.  Another good thing with these job opportunities is that most of the companies already have their website where you can apply through the internet.  Just be careful when applying online as there are culprits who are taking advantage of these job opportunities.

You might notice this blog as it focuses on job for teacher and yet discussing unrelated job opportunities on a broad job market.  Actually, this one of the good things if you are a teacher.  You can actually apply for such non-teaching job.  teachers can apply such job opportunities because of their broad knowledge on the job.  Of course, it is much better if the applicant teacher applying for non-teaching job has skills specifically suited for the non-teaching job.

i am a teacher too, yet I am not teaching anymore but my teaching status has made me avail such good opportunity in my country.  This is also possible for foreign country like Australia because they really need professional and skilled workers to man and fill up their job vacancies.

How to Avoid Culture Shock on Non-Native English Speaking Countries

If you are searching for job opportunities outside your country and particular job opportunities on non-native English speaking countries, you should be browsing on the culture of that country too.  You know, it is not enough that we have learned lots of literature of such country, you need to read further about that country so as to avoid culture shock when you get there.

Though teachers are trained for such situations, the problem may arise when you get there and start your lesson.  Your example sentences, views on particular thing might not comply on the views of your students there.  We all know that such example should be understood and comprehensible.

Obviously, your to be students on non-native English speaking country rely merely on what they are seeing on their place too.  Thus, reading further about the countries situation, day to day living will give you more ideas on what is the culture of such place.

I am not being naive here but it is very important for a teacher to at least learn the basics of such country.  Of course, this is only my view and this also based on what I have watched, read and blogged about teachers who had the chance to grab a teaching opportunity to a foreign country.

There’s no stopping for non-English speaking countries in hiring new teachers for their young generations.  The global trends continue to rise where English is the general language being use in all of the business transactions.  This has even trigger the demand for native and non-native English teachers to  become in demand to teach abroad.

Maybe there is scarcity of job for teachers in your own country but it is not for non-English speaking countries.  in fact, is not only teachers who are being hired in the non-English speaking countries but also they hire personnel who knew how to speak English.

Of course, this includes the knowledge of the applicant on job opportunities on a particular country.  English teachers obviously have the guts to feel all this job vacancy.  It is not that I have high respect over teachers but teachers really are equipped with multi-skills which can be applied to most of the job posted over job market online.

Highest Paying Jobs

Most of the time, students are giving aptitude test to measure the capability of the students on what particular career these student should pursue in college.  There instances where students seem to disagree of the aptitude test.  This enters a student to as the teacher for an advice of what career this student will pursue.

As teacher, we could not avoid to give these pieces of advice to our student and of course we weight situations before giving advice and opinions.  It is true that those high paying Jobs in the market today are those careers which are hard to achieve because of their academic requirements.

But of course, we could always say that medical related courses are high paying jobs yet the means in achieving the goal is hard which require time, money and effort.  Of course, this is only for those students who are in top ten and with good resource to finance the schooling.  This will be absurd for those students who don’t have such means to do so.

it is much better if we motivate the students to study so that they could be able avail such scholarship programs which then could be used to upgrade their statuses later, after college. That they will be able to have a high paying job if they will study hard today to come with high grades which will make them qualify for such course.

Scarce Job in 2010

There are lots of jobs being posted in the market today, yet the number of job is not sufficient to accommodate the number of applicants for a certain job.  Though job for teachers is still on the top 10 of the most promising job this 2010, teachers continue to multiply over the years which in turn made job for teachers to be scarce and this also includes other fields.

This is why you really need to prepare when you reach the interview part.  The panel is closely looking and digesting every word you utter.  Avoid pitfalls by just only answering what is being asked.  As the maxim goes, “less talk, less mistake.”

Just say “none” when the interviewer ask you if you have question to raise.  Because when you utter a question, you are no longer being interviewed.  Instead, you are being interrogated which later will cause you the interview panel to loss interest in you.  The obvious result is that you are no longer included if the list of finalist.  It is better that you wait you for the interviewer to ask you again another question.

It is also advisable not to show any sign of weakness during the interview.  But this does not mean you need to uplift some of your weaknesses.  being honest is still the best because the interview(s) had seen all behaviors of interviewee and they can easily spot if the candidate is lying or not.

The key is to be prepared. Formulate possible questions the interviewer may ask or you can search the internet for question related to the job you are applying.
