Tough Employer Interview Question

When we say “tough employer interview questions,” these are the questions you will be forced to answer.  Most of the time, this happens if there are more than two person who are assigned to conduct interviewer.  Companies called this panel - the “selection board” panel who will then screen all applicants to make sure they will be hiring the right person for the right position.

Actually, almost all of the questions the panel of the interviewers will ask you are considered tough questions because these questions are already formulated before hand and are designed to scale the skill of an applicant.  These employer interview questions are not actually hard to answer. Unless of course, if you did not ready yourself for the interview.

Tough employer interview questions usually need more than a minute for you to answer.  Depending on the idea the employer wants to see you utter, your answer will surely take sometime to narrate past experiences.  You need to be very aware on this part.  You need not to mention something which will give the employer a hint about your bad experiences.  An example of this scenario is when you decided to resign because of misunderstanding between you and your immediate superior.

The question “how do you rate yourself?” is one tough employer interview question which will trigger something for you to mention all those past experiences.  And, while speaking out, you might say something that the employer or the panel will have a hint that you are not worth it.
