Every applicant teacher should be aware not only in the preparation of a possible teaching demonstration, but also to answer all the employer interview questions that will arise during the interview.  One of the interview question to be asked will be about a situation of a teacher and the student(s). Though most of the students’ problem should be treated first by the teacher, the employer might ask how the teacher will pacify or solve the problems first.  You should prepare on how to answer this type of interview question.

The teacher, most of the time, is the shock absorber of student’s problem and will be there to give some pieces of advice too.  The employer is aware also of these students problems and the principal might asked you this interview question by providing situation.  As the teacher, you are required to talk to your students if there’s such thing that bothering the class or a student.  you should also prepare such situation and give the possible solution to these problems.

Answering this interview question might lead you to something else.  This is why before facing your interviewer or your employer for an interview, you should prepare yourself by answering possible employer interview questions that may arise.  There are many interview questions which you will be asked to answer.  While waiting for the interview date, you should practice answering this interview questions to familiarize your answers and to be confident in facing your employer to an interview.
